Spinach & Artichoke Dip.

Ah… it’s a dip? Yeah, it’s good, but more importantly, it’s a basis for many other dips you could make.

This is too easy to not make yourself. Add some artichokes and it’s a spread. Bake with mozz on top and it’s a warm dip.

Where the bloody-hell has this been all my life?
